Privacy Policy for Website Users

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. Definitions:

1.1.1. Website – the internet website, as well as the set of web pages accessed through the internet website https://gutgas.eu/

1.1.2. Company – Limited Liability Company «Gutgas», EDRPOU code 44903227, a legal entity that owns and operates the Website in accordance with the applicable laws of Ukraine.

1.1.3. User – any natural person who uses the Website and the services for which the Website is created, in their own interests or in the interests of persons for whom they are a parent, guardian or custodian.

1.1.4. Personal data – information or a set of information about a natural person who is or can be specifically identified.

1.2. This Privacy Policy is a set of legal, administrative, organizational, technical and other measures taken by the Company to ensure the confidentiality and protection of Users' personal data, except where such information is personally and knowingly disclosed by Users.

1.3. Use of the Website by a User means their consent to this Privacy Policy and to the terms of processing their personal data. Use of the Website by a User also means that the User consents to the collection, accumulation, processing, storage and use (including by automated means) of personal data of which they are the owner, and confirms that the User has been informed of the procedure, purpose and other terms of their processing in accordance with Articles 6, 8, 10, 11 of the Law of Ukraine «On Personal Data Protection».

In order to perform the functions and tasks of the Website and for other purposes related to civil-law relations between the Company and the User, the User, by using this Website and the services for which the Website is created, grants the Company permission to transfer their personal data to third parties.

1.5. By using the Website and the services for which it is created, the User confirms that they have sufficient legal capacity under the laws of Ukraine to consent to this Privacy Policy and to the processing of personal data on the terms set out herein, with respect to themselves or to persons for whom they are a parent, guardian or custodian.

2. INFORMATION BEING PROCESSED

2.1. The Company receives depersonalized general information based on counts of data such as: total number of Website visits, number of visits to each web page of the Website, etc. This information is used solely to assess the Website's rating, to further improve its operation and to enhance the service process.

2.2. The Company collects and processes the following data of Users while they use the Website:

• data provided by Users while using the Website and the communication channels with the Company's service center;

• parameters and settings of internet browsers;
• type and version of internet browsers;
• web pages that the User viewed or searched for;

3. USER RIGHTS

3.1. The User has all rights to protect their personal data provided for by the Law of Ukraine «On Personal Data Protection».

3.2. Processing of the User's personal data is carried out in data centers where the equipment ensuring the operation of the Website is located. The Company takes all measures provided for by the laws of Ukraine to protect the User's personal data; in particular, personal data is processed on equipment located in secured premises with restricted access.

4. USE OF IP ADDRESSES

4.1. An IP address is a combination of digits automatically assigned to the User's computer during an internet session when it connects to its internet provider via a local network.

4.2. The Company and/or third parties that technically maintain the Website may collect IP addresses for the purposes of system administration and auditing of the Website's use.

4.3. The Company may use an IP address to identify Website Users in order to determine the User's geolocation, and also where necessary to protect the provision of services, the Website itself or other Users.

4.4. By visiting the Website, the User gives the Company and/or third parties that technically maintain the Website their consent to the collection and use of the IP address for the purposes stated in this section and in this Privacy Policy.

5. “COOKIE” FILES

5.1. The Website uses “Cookie” technology.

5.2. “Cookie” is a small text file stored by the Website's server on users' hard drives. These files add functionality to the Website and/or help to analyze the use of the Website more effectively and clearly.
