Product returns

Products can be returned within 14 days, not counting the day of purchase, if the following conditions are met:

• the product has not been used and shows no signs of use: scratches, chips, wear marks, signs of opening;
• there are no traces of liquid on the product, its packaging or documentation;
• the product's appearance is preserved, i.e. all labels, stickers and other accessories remain unchanged, and the product is fully equipped and packaged as it was at the first purchase;
• all product documents are present (instructions, warranty card, receipt or sales slip confirming the purchase), and all labels and factory markings are preserved.

If the product does not work, its exchange or return is possible only with a conclusion from the manufacturer's service center that the operating conditions were not violated.

Please take all these points into account when submitting a return request.

If any of these conditions is violated, the seller reserves the right not to accept the product.

When returning an order/product, the buyer pays all shipping costs related to the return of the order/product (except for warranty cases). If the delivery of the product was not paid by the buyer, the delivery cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

The conditions described above do not limit the rights granted to consumers by the applicable legislation of the buyer's country.
