Designed specifically for professional use and for powerful household gas appliances (stoves, heaters). With a capacity of 45.5 L and a height of just 750 mm, it will come in handy wherever long-lasting autonomous gas supply is needed, and thanks to its 320 mm diameter, it performs with high efficiency at low temperatures (down to -20°C)
The strongest series of our cylinders, built for intensive professional use.
The Gutgas HeavyDuty LPG cylinder series is designed to withstand the harshest daily loads, whether on a forklift, in gas welding, or for home cooking and heating.
Gutgas HeavyDuty cylinders are built to last. Outstanding durability is ensured by high-quality cold-rolled, thick-walled steel with special heat treatment. With a weight 5-10% lower than that of a standard steel gas cylinder of comparable volume, HeavyDuty gas cylinders withstand pressures above 120 Atm (almost 5 times the standard 25 Atm), reliably containing gas inside. At the same time, thanks to its deformability, the metal cylinder body easily absorbs impact energy. The highest quality is guaranteed by strict multi-level control at every stage of production.
Uncompromising safety and fire resistance of Gutgas HeavyDuty cylinders are ensured by an overpressure valve, which releases excess gas in controlled amounts and does not sustain combustion even in an open flame, while a three-layer wear-resistant and weather-resistant protective coating (reinforced galvanizing and a two-layer paint coating) provides exceptional resistance to corrosion.
Gutgas cylinders are designed with attention to every detail to exceed the expectations of the most demanding customers. Manufactured in the EU (Portugal) by an industry leader with 60 years of research and innovation and a long list of patents.
Certified: EU Directive 2010/35, π-marking and EN 1442 standard.
